You automatically agree with these terms by commissioning me.

❥ I have the right to reject any order request.
❥ I will NOT tolerate rushing or any kind of disrespect, I will cancel your order without a refund.
❥ If the commissioner wants to order but my slots are filled, please DM me to be added to the waitlist.

PAYMENT

❥ I do not accept any game currency other than Robux.
❥ Payments can be upfront.
❥ Or you can pay 50% upfront followed by the other 50% after the sketch is sent.
❥ Please do not pay before I have accepted your order request, you may pay after we have discussed any details and that I have agreed to it.
❥ Refunds will not be possible if the commissioner cancels after the sketch is sent.
❥ Changes cannot be made after the commissioner has approved of the final draft.
❥ Changes will be accepted after the sketch only and only if I made a mistake with colors, design, etc.
❥ Chargebacks will result in a block and a public "beware post".

PROCESS

❥ After the commissioner has filled out the google form, I will accept depending on my preference and I will DM you. ( Make sure your DMs are on! )
❥ After we have discussed and the payment has been done, I will start the sketch.
❥ After the commissioner has approved the final draft, no changes/refunds will be made.
❥ I will update the commissioner after each stage :
1. final draft
2. lineart
3. final color
4. finished render❥ Each order can take from 3 weeks up to two months. If I cannot finish the commission, I will let the client know and give them a full refund.
❥ After the final illustration is finished, I will send it to the commissioner in both transparent and normal backgrounds with and without watermark. ( no fees apply )
❥ If the commissioner wants it sent via email, google drive, etc. Please let me know.

Usage rights

❥ The commissioner reserves the right to use the commission for personal use. Such as, profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc. ( visible credit is required. )
❥ Profiting off of the commission is not allowed.
❥ Claiming the commission piece as your own is not allowed, and will result in a block and public "beware post".
❥ I do not allow my work to be turned into an NFT or used for AI.
❥ If the commissioner wishes to post the commission, please ensure the piece is watermarked. ( I will send it watermarked along with the non-watermarked version. )

Final

❥ After the commissioner has paid for the final commission. I will not profit off of it any further.
❥ I have the right to post the commission in my social media platforms or as a commission sample.
❥ I have the right to post WIPS of the commission ( with watermark ) in my social media platforms.
